When looking at the content alone, this course would have been my favorite by far. Sadly this course was taught by a lecturer, who was new to the International faculty of the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies, and with new I mean first semester teaching in English. And with that I mean, your regular 14 year old Dutch highschool student would have a more advanced English proficiency than this lecturer.
The main issues covered in the reading material were bonds and equivalent securities, the money system, and interest rates (however these are of course closely correlated with bonds). |
