During the semester we covered two important aspects that form the current financial industry. The first half of the semester was used to cover the current recession and especially the devastating impact that the financial crisis of 2008 had on the global economy and all smaller economies. A midterm exam concluded the material covered.

The second part of the semester was used to cover Behavioural Finance, especially heuristics and biases were covered. This part of graded on a paper about a heuristic of our choice, I wrote a paper about the survivorship bias/availability heuristic.
